The biggest change is going to be the web browser which has taken the pinch and slide techniques of the iPhone and brought some of that functionality to Windows Mobile. The Zoom feature is added to the Internet Explorer, but I do remember that in Windows Mobile 6 certain pda’s with vga resolution could do some zooming built into IE. This is a little different and honestly seems to be a knock off of the Opera Browser. I do not think that the changes in the web browser are going to win over fans, but it is a step in the right direction. Think of Windows Mobile 6.1 more as a service pack for your Windows Operating System rather than a revolution.
Many of you out there have had the pleasure of using threaded text messaging on your Windows Mobile devices for quite some time. One big change in Windows Mobile 6.1 is exactly this feature, but the big bonus is that threaded text (sms) will now be included in the Mobile operating system rather than requiring a separate cab installation. If you are curious about threaded text messaging just go checkout either a Blackberry or an iPhone and scroll through some previous SMS dialogs which will be displayed in Instant Messaging fashion. Honestly I don’t think I could ever live without threaded SMS and if you also feel the same way you might want to go ahead and install the threaded sms cab to your Windows Mobile phone. For the do it yourself individuals out there go ahead and have a go with the .cab file below. Simply save the cab file to your storage card or internal memory on your Windows Mobile 6 device then go ahead and run the file (on the phone). It will require a restart when it is done, but you will never go back to non-threaded text messaging again.
Don't know much more than that.
Also, remember, all of that ^^^^^ was ripped from

Don't give me any credit except for bringing it here to this forum.
