with an alltel phone its hard to say. they may but i wouldnt count on it. couldnt hurt to call tech support and ask. tell them you were an alltel customer and switched to vzn and you want to activate your phone. they will need to add your ESN to there DMD. but again, its hard to say if they will or not. if it was a sprint phone then the answer would be no, but with alltel you might have a chance.
