Did you have any Nand Backups? You could try restoring your most recent WORKING one? Hopefully you had done a backup before the upgrade you tried went haywire...
Get into recovery and try restoring a good Nand backup... If that doesn't work, then dude... Your phone is most likely fried...
I think that Sprint gives you a 1 year warranty and all their phones. So you can just call them up and tell them your problem and they will more than likely send you a new one. The issue you might have is that EVO's are supposed to be outta stock nationwide... There is a backlog...
