This is not true... I am using the MenuEnhancements.... matter of fact, I am using ALL the newest packages ftom the OBOE except for the Manila_People is from the Leo 3.04 (2016) and EVERYTHING except for a few minor glitches... works! On a Verizon TP2 and Imagio...
I would be willing to post my DUAL kitchen for those who would like to get a set of working packages...
BTW... I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am still using a COM5 OS.

2016 only has CUIHandler and 2017 & 2018 have an additional Menu file (I forget what its called).
Took me alot of mix'n'match flashes cause I'm only used to working with the VK's Core + Engine folders.
Here's what I've settled on for now. Lemme know if you all think anything can be improved.
