Disclaimer: I am a n00b.
I had this happen to me yesterday as well. It happened when I was at work. I don't get the greatest signal there so that could be it. I stopped them all and went one by one. It took time but they got downloaded. Once I left work my signal was up and all was well.
Please do remember the disclaimer but just trying to help as so many have helped me.
