Just tried twice last night in Myrtle Beach. It worked on the second attempt. had netarchy stock rom installed, tried ##786# with no wipes first time, then tried the second time wiping data, cache, and dalvik. and it worked. so it took me a couple attempts in South Carolina, but in Pittsburgh I was up to 35+ attempts with no luck.. Happy to have it finally.
