Guide for Rom Creating?
How hard would a step-by-step be for creating a Rom using say... dogguy or DCD kitchen?

I'm talking about soup to nuts, including using OEMizer to make packages from our favorite apps for inclusion. At least some decent guidelines to get some of us non-total-newbs going.

I love the Roms that are out there now but I'd really like one just as I want it, and I'd be happy to create Rom's on a per request basis if I had enough know-how.
