Read the bottom of my post above, after you set up the accounts and sync un-sync them and delete all accounts that aren’t used by the gmail app. Then go into market and cancel all the downloads you selected (Menu/downloads), also cancel the sign in to Gtalk. After this shut down/power off and power the phone back up. once again I don't think this error is not caused by this Rom. I've read issues where people had the same issue with other android phones

giving these steps a run right now...Not sure what is causing this but I have not had this issue in any ROM to date..

edit..gave these steps a go but still getting error (will not log into google talk and market will not work)
