Mine started doing this on 6.1 so i upgraded to 6.5 since the phone was totally unusable. Now it does it at least once a day and requires a hard reset to fix. I brought the phone in to sprint and they ordered a new one. Same SH*T on this phone which is also 6.5. Im getting sick of having an unusable phone.

It's always HTC Sense UI that locks up. I havent found a way to disable this on 6.5, it was fairly easy on 6.1.

This just randomly started happening several weeks ago.
