I'd take food stamps, why not? When I worked in a garbage can, I learned that people would exchange, say $50 in a food stamp debit card for like 2 packs of smokes and a soda, allowing the exchanger to "keep the change" on the card. It's sad that so much fraud happens when some people REALLY need that money for food and can't get it because "they don't qualify."
