It seems the was manly affecting customer who has a data shared plan, but. a simple call to sprint will fix that issue whether by them crediting your acct for the 9.99 or by them creating a service ticket, either way the problem would have gotten fix. what cause the problem it has to do with the plan code for the feature, on all the data shared plans the nag code is not added, so that's why telenav( partner with sprint) would not work properly or think you or premium member. this problem has been capping ever since the plan was released, hopefully they will update the Code on the billing side
