very true. this whole process is making me delusional. tried every way under the sun.... nothing has worked. Even once had activation not work, then did manual, then dialed one and my voicemail was some other guy's cell phone so I'm talking to some dude when I just dialed 1 for vm!! Well, the line is not getting shorter for the ride. lol.
