I am going to get on the Standard Reference Sense 2.5 for Aug13th, but have any of my previous bugs been solved?

Total Commander b3 is out to update b2
Does the Sense update to 2018 fix the no-restart (sense that is) when you rearrange/add-remove tabs?
Battery life... (its only been 2 days but since 8-10 with everything disabled, i still managed to have to charge it 6 times compared to MR)
Who do we talk to about fixing the Provisioning app to do fix's like Keyboard and Key control?
Whats AutoDataConfig in the Connections Settings tab? it doesn't seem to do anything.
EDIT: additionally NRG what do you think of XDA_UC_NET, I myself dont like XDA_UC but am loving XDA_UC_NET and cannot wait for it to get as stable as XDA_UC!
