I called Sprint this morning about this issue, the tech mentioned that our phones are always getting OTA OTA app updates and applied without user permission. I thought that part was BS. Bottom line he still couldn't answer why or when this happened so instead he gave me a link to download the app and told me to upgrade to premium and added a note to my account about not charging for this service service since my everything plan already covers this. right after the call I shut off my OTA update notification.
