here is a tip for ya. dont go to sprint, go to a sprint retailer. even though sprint stores still get 25 30 or 50 bucks to look at and replace your phone, they are very reluctant. iv even had them tell me what hte phone is doign, and still not replace it.

go to a 3rd party sprint retailer. they will usually help you out, i caint do this because i cracked the screen and they will just say its not working because i cracked the screen.

so iv a new digitizer on the way, 20 bucks. ill pop that one in and if it works. it works, if not then ill just have to go to a sprint retailer and they will replace the pda.

by the way, know where there are some solid instructions on the net to replace the digitizer
