Same thing just happened to me. I'm running stock 6.5, never unlocked or flashed. My phone was lagging something crazy, and i was repeatedly getting the SOD. I soft reset the phone like 15 times, and then it started working fairly smoothly, no more SOD. So I did some light internet surfing, then put it on the charger for the night. I wake up this morning and it wont accept my password so I said time to go to PPCgeeks. I'm just lucky that this was like the third post on the first page and i decided to open it to see why the op was hating his phone. Thanks for the hard reset instructions guys, I'm off to a custom rom
