Ouch. CHeck the icon at the top of the screen. It should be a little white square with EV in it. If it has 1X in it instead,your not even connecting evdo. Try turning the phone off and on. If that does not work,try in another location. Maybe you just are not getting a good signal. If that does not work,call sprint and complain.
