You have the paid for, registered version of LauncherPro Plus, right? Because I don't think you can use the following app unless you have the Plus (paid) version, though I could be wrong.
Anyway, it is a seperate App, called LauncherPro Icons. You can download it for free
here. Once installed, you can long click an icon or taskbar in the app and it will download it to your /sdcard/downloads/ directory. Then you can add it as a custom dock/icon via the LaucherPro settings.
