Not sure specifically on Mighty ROM, but it's under settings or all settings/phone/cdma services, fourth option down says "roaming" click "get settings" then click "sprint only"
While you are in there, click on the "network" tab and select CDMA only, it will save you some battery because it won't be looking for a GSM network.
