Well, you solved your problem, but for future reference, launching EPST from the Windows folder is all the ##codes do. So, knowing that, you can just launch it yourself next time. I think the reason the codes don't work as expected is that the ROM/dialer is ported from a GSM phone. Searching the thread for ##codes or EPST will turn up a few cabs that will create EPST shortcuts if desired.

This will work fine for the voice service, but I did the EPST and still wasn't able to get the data working. Flashed back to stock and it immediately worked without enven having to call Sprint back, then went back to Energy and all is well with the world
