Why must we be so negative? What study proves that someone with X number of post has Y rating of reliability?
I appreciate the members of the industry are dropping in, and we should make them feel welcome, and give them reason to work harder for us, instead of making them feel like crap, and making us look unworthy.
I appreciate the hard work done here, but we would benefit greatly if we had some insiders on our side.
