No it doesn't, but mapquest for iphone does and that is free as well. I know bing has voice turn by turn for WM and is supposed to get there on other OS eventually. I don't even really care for the voice. I find it pretty annoying when you're trying to listen to the radio or talk with the other people in the car. I like the map sitting there all quiet like some kind of stealth HUD. I do find it funny when the nav voice says John D. Dingle Drive, which is a road at the Detroit airport.
