Yeah, it should have been there by now. You should ALWAYS get a tracking number (though honestly, they are so fast, by time you track it is on your doorstep).
24hrs is the norm on the turn around
48hrs being the MAX time you SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT to get your replacement.
