My local dealer put down I was useing a
Motorola V60I 
He had to input nam settings himself because htc touch pro would not download info .Luckily I had the
espt edit program on the phone.He said he would have charged extra if I did not have that on there.
Dealers are awesome 
Customer service would not even start me service because I was out of there area of service
