Maybe look at a different task manager?
USC provisioning still not working from carrier provisioning, run the separate cab and I'm good (not really expecting this to get fixed as you earlier said it always has problems). Otherwise it looks great!
(except when I choose soft reset from the end key program, it says "Your LEO is going to restart.")
