You should also report the first person you talked to.
I don't know how they handle their buisness over at Sprint. However, here at at&t, we are NEVER allowed to hang up on a customer. No matter how much swearing or threatening they do, you just kind of have to blow it off and let them vent.
Rule #1 is to NEVER hang up or be rude to anyone. Usually after a few minutes of venting and you being nice, the person will calm down.
Glad to know you got your upgrade back though. I guess sometimes Sprint can do [some] good.
