I downloaded the file and opened the app.reg in Notepad and I can see all the stuff that can be changed. I would like to know how to convert between HEX and Decimal in MS Calculator though. Does that automatically add the letter in some of the numbers (for instance, "Seconds to Dim (Battery)" is currently set at "0000001e" in your file. I don't know how to convert Decimal to HEX in Windows Calculator (sorry).
It's fairly easy, actually, once you know how. Open the calculator, click view, and select scientific. Type the decimal number, then just click on the Hex button. Same works in reverse (enter Hex value, click Dec). You don't have to enter all the preceding zeros for hex unless you really feel like it. I would try to keep the zeros in the app.reg though (I'm not sure what'd happen otherwise).

It's just like setting the brightness manually, then deciding to turn auto adjust on. The settings will still be there for when you turn it off; however, they have no bearing on the brightness while auto adjust it on.
