Had this issue and tried the HR and profile update, what is happening *from what sprint csr told me* is that when your phone polls other towers it tries to get back to your "Home tower" or closest one to it, but it keeps some info from the other towers *verizon, tmobile..blah blah* and may sometimes have an issue getting a lock on your phone and data settings. Easy solution is to call as I did and have them update it on their side. It took me a whole 5 mins to fix the issue. Hope this helps.
