Thanks, but that is not what I was talking about. I'm talking about the notes tab of the contact you are calling. When you create the contact, there is a notes tab where you can store notes. For example, I use this to store account information that may be requested when calling customer service or tech support or the name of a manager I spoke to at a store, etc. I'm pretty sure there was an easy way to get to this from the dialer (once the call was made) to access this notes tab. By the way, when opening a contact, you now get the HTC People app instead of the WinMo contacts app. The notes tab is not visible in the HTC People app.
