its not the FTP in this case. I downloaded the file twice and it was the same size both times. It got to 96% or so, errored out and went back to bootloader.
Geoff, why don't you use WinRAR, it forces a CRC check before extracting, so we can sure we have an intact archive. Otherwise, you can use ZIP but please make and post the MD5 Hash checksum for us.
