Its nothing new...if you already have a SERO plan you can duplicate it.. one thing to watch out for though is if you had some features like unlimited text added on..they may forget to port it and its a lot harder to get it added :/
Though you are lucky you went through only 2..I had to go through like 10-15 to get someone to say they could do it..but didn't know what they were talking about..then used it as leverage and had a supervisor do it..>.>
