That's encouraging news, but we've all learned that customer service reps are often out of the loop, clueless about a lot of things, or they just contradict each other on subsequent calls.
I'll wait until October 1st.
Incidentally, does that date mark the new fiscal quarter for Sprint? What's the significance of 10/01/10 besides the obvious binary goodness?
