Have your friend read the Q9 forum under Smartphones here at PPCGeeks. Also, there is a forum at
www.everythingq.com. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but people haven't been making ROMS for the Q as they have for the PPCs. Still, there is plenty of info to be found on apps and hacks at the above mentioned places.
