A full data wipe is required unless you are coming from Fresh Evo 3.0 beta 2, beta 3, or the 3.0.0.4 release. If you are coming from beta but you are having issues that others aren’t having and that you weren’t experiencing before then do a full data wipe and re-flash the rom.
