The phone is unlocked with Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037. Then I ran task 29. From tricolor mode, I try to install a rom. As the installation bar progresses, it suddenly stops at some point. Then it says
Error [262] UPDATE ERROR
The Rom Update Utility has encountered communication errors during the update process. The program will guide you step-by-step to recover from the errors so you can continue with the update. Then I go to recovery, unplug the cable, remove battery, install the battery, enter tricolor mode and connect back the cable. Then I try to flash again and it hangs all the time at a different point (%)

Or my phone simply restarts during flashing and gives the following error:
Error [324] INVALID COMMAND
This Update Utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your update utility.

This is really weird. I only started having the problem since I lost my last phone and got a replacement. Never happened before.
