Resetting can be from many different things. 1st remove everything from your SDcard and reformat or all phone setting files. Leaving only personal folders such as music and pictures. 2nd try flashing the phone again you may have a bad flash. 3rd try a task29 and then another flashing. But most resetting is caused by data on your SDcard from previous rom or installed programs. If it continues after all of the above then you have a program(s) installed that is the problem.
