Do I remove the semi-colons?

I put the .lnk file in my StartUp folder but should it go in the Start Menu folder along with the netripper v2 shortcut?

no do not remove any semi-colons.
you do not need a shortcut in your Start Menu.

did you install Netripper's v2 program?
did you install Mortscript?
