You don't need to run the files from the extended_rom because everything in there is already included in the custom rom. I would back them up to your computer then they can be removed. I am working on the dialpad issue
still and hopefully I will have an updated rom fixing all these problems yet this afternoon (it will also include no2chem's new led app). EDIT: Probably not till tomorrow.

I removed the shortcut to CheckAutoRun in the OEMAPPS folder, as well as set the Extended_Rom to be hidden by default.
