I started this post. Even after I got them to input the correct address. They STILL insisted that they had never gotten the correct zip code. What amazes me is that they can see my account, they can verify my correct address from my account, and yet they claim that the zip code on my rebate form is incorrect.

My question, if you can see the address on my account, why not verify it against that? I swear I could hear crickets in the background.
