This is what that cab does, if anyone who hasn't installed it is able to check their registry values:
HKLM\Services\PushInternetEngine
name="Flags" value="4" datatype="integer"
HKLM\Software\HTC\PushInternetEngine
name="Enable" value="0" datatype="integer"
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\InternetPush
name="EnablePushInternet" value="0" datatype="integer"
HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor\ModuleName
name="Opera" value="\Windows\OperaL.exe" datatype="string"

Interesting thought! i have been installing that cab and the SSK TP2 Dynamic Resource Proxy Cab after every flash.
I decided to uninstall the no push cab see what registry entries would revert back to. The only registry entry that is even on my phone is
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\InternetPushname="EnableP ushInternet"
and the value is "1" with the cab uninstalled.
the other registry entries arent even on there!
