I did see this at one point yesterday but not since. I'm flicking back and forth trying to give my browser a seizure and it's responding crisp and quick.
I flashed a bunch of ROM's last night so I cant suggest a specific fix. If it continues, re-boot. If it STILL continues a re-flash MAY fix it.

Dont play with it too much, you'll go blind........if you look at the LED's
Seriously though I've read numerous warnings that using the brightest setting may damage your LED so use it sparingly. (not talking about Turbo's situ)
