Alarm-did you disable the HTC lockscreen? That would prevent you from turning off your alarm.
Wired tethering through an app like PDAnet works but we gotta chill on wireless while the devs figure out what roadblocks (speed bumps) Sprint threw in there. Same goes for the Market (as it's been said)--chill....
