You can only do Task29 via ActiveSync, so you may as well flash the ROM via ActiveSync, too.
- Make sure you are unlocked
- Task29 - As the flash process reaches 100%, hold down the volume down button of the TP2. This will let the phone go back into the tri-color boot-loader screen
- Flash the VIN ROM
