ATTENTION: for those that are rooted, DO NOT hit the check for update on your phones if you want to KEEP your root!!!! doing the check now on the phone will make it update thus loosing the root and we dont know if a root will come out for 2.2 or when, My advise as OMJ and others suggested is to wait for your chef to release their 2.2 rom which will be rooted and work with all currently rooted evo's.
