K-9 will do it for sure. I don't use it . . . probably configured it wrong but it killed my battery . . . but when I had it installed it sync'd all my exchange folders, even those outside my inbox.

I don't think it can sync ANOTHER inbox. My desktop outlook client opens the inboxes of several people at work, but I don't think I can get that on my phone.
