Mine dropped from 100% to 97% with one 3 minute data session. It's holding steady @97% now.

The % is based off the voltage it reads off the battery, right? You and I are likely seeing that our batteries have lost a wee bit off their high-end voltage, which is pretty normal. Either that, or its not very accurate at all (lets guess +/- 2-5%) which is why HTC went with the 10 step units.

I'll see how mine does today. I used the LED killer as well, that should save a TON of power :P
