dont have magic answer, dito, never seen msg either.
Some thoughts..
1. ensure chargers have output 1 amp (at least 800mah)
Typically car chargers are 350ma or so, not enough, i went 2 best buy & found a couple 1 amp usb chargers
change usb cable... i just had to! the end was cracking & not charging.. u dont need an htc cord into the charger that came w tp2... so try switching cables any mini usb will do..

lastly, burn new rom, task29 first
done via tp2
