I'm on the MR2 fixed Rom (Verizon) and my usage is up as well, but I was under the impression that it was more of a 6.5 issue then a CHT issue. I can cruise all day under 65% memory usage but the second I open up any major programs (Opera Mini, Youtube etc.) usage shoot up to and stays at 80+%. I use RAM Sweeper which helps but the process repeats itself daily. I haven't had any lag on CHT and the only limitation I have is I usually toggle the weather animations off.
