I filed a claim at the beginning of the month for my wife's phone, and they sent a NIB TP2 on 7/6. Never even offered a different model, and told me up front it was NIB without me even asking.
I don't know when this policy supposedly started, but my claim went through no problem. I must have just beaten the new policy.
FWIW.
If/when I have to file another claim and they tell me I have to take an inferior phone, I'm gonna be PO'd. I'm paying $7/every month for a reason.
