Lately, people have been complaining that I can hardly be heard over the phone. I literally need to yell for them to hear me. I'm wondering if something has happened to my microphone, if the inlet hole is blocked, or if this is a software issue. I've recently upgraded to the firmware to Energy's July 24th.
Any advice on how to approach the subject.
